What if I need to cancel?
This time is reserved exclusively for you. 
48 hours notice is required if you are unable to keep your volunteer time slot.  Please email your cancellation notice to bhosmer@crayons2computers.org.  In the case of an emergency, please call (513) 482-3290 prior to your scheduled time.

Does C2C have an inclement weather policy?
On days with inclement weather, C2C will announce a decision to close by 12:00 p.m. (noon).  Please look for Crayons to Computers during the school/business closings on Channel 12 or Channel 9.  You can also check our status by calling (513) 482-3290. 

What should I wear?
Please wear casual/comfortable clothing; closed toe shoes are required.

Who can volunteer?

• Individuals
• Groups (service clubs, companies, etc...)
• Community service (including court appointed)

What is the minimum age?
Persons must be at least 10 years old.  Children (ages 10-14) must be accompanied by an adult.  Middle school children in a group must be accompanied by 1 adult per 5 students.  If you are volunteering for community service hours (for school/work), you cannot participate in C2C's "Volunteer for a Teacher" program.

How often can I Volunteer to Shop ?
An individual may participate in our Volunteer to Shop program once a month.

Is there anything I need to bring with me?
If you are a first-time volunteer, please complete the form (located in the right column of this page) and bring it with you when you come to C2C.

May I volunteer for a teacher?
A teacher may have one person volunteer for him/her once per school year.
