Registration
Registration is now open for 2022-2023 Year. Qualifying teachers are required to pay a $30 Access Fee to utilize the Teacher Resource Center (in-store or online for pickup).
NOTE: If you had an account last year, you simply need to renew (We’ll help if you forgot your password!). If you are NEW to shopping at Crayons, please create an account.
Preschool Program Teachers
With thanks to generous grant and sponsorship money from First Financial Bank, the access fee for 2022-2023 is covered for Preschool Program Teachers.
NOTE: All paperwork, including eligible staff lists, needs to be submitted prior to shopping. Check with your program director or administrator to ensure you are eligible to shop.
Online Ordering
for Pickup
Online ordering will be available starting in August 2022 for the upcoming school year. We have a selection of 35+ basic and bonus items. Place orders for pickup the following week.
NOTE: Online ordering will be turned off if we reach capacity for the week.
Hall Pass Applications
APPLY NOW for need-based sponsorship of your Teacher Access Fee. We are grateful for this opportunity to award “Teacher Hall Passes” made possible by generous donors! A Teacher Hall Pass covers the Access Fee for the 2023-2024 school year (10 shopping trips in-store or online!).
We are thrilled to announce that, once again, the Cincinnati Public Schools Board of Education approved covering the access fee for all CPS licensed and certified teachers for the 2023-2024 academic school year.*
*CPS Civil service employees will not be covered but may still be eligible. See our shopping policies.

FAQ
Volunteer to shop (VTS)
Teachers from accredited K-12 schools in our service area that do not meet our eligibility criteria are able to participate in the Volunteer to Shop (VTS) program.
To be eligible for VTS, individuals must be full-time certified K–12 teachers in one of the 16 counties served by Crayons to Computers. (Sorry we are currently unable to have childcare providers or centers participate in VTS.)
For each volunteer shift, teachers earn a certificate for one shopping trip in our Teacher Resource Store.
Teachers may earn up to 10 shopping trips through VTS throughout the school year.
NEW: Beginning with the 2021-22 school year, Crayons will implement a shopper access fee. This one-time fee will apply to VTS participants as well. For more information on the access fee click HERE.
The one-time VTS access fee is $25 and needs to be paid prior to your shopping trip in the Teacher Store.
